A unique combination of business, economics, and human relations, all from a biblical focus, the Enterprise and Ethics program prepares learners to make a scriptual contribution in both public and private organizations

PHIL 3211 Philosophy of Evangelism 3 Credit Hours
The philosophical foundations of evangelism are explored. Key topics include Christ's Great Commission, persuasion in evangelism, and the Christian's role in evangelism.

COMM 3780 Communicating Christian Faith 3 Credit Hours
The practices of expressing individual faith and apologetics are explored. Key topics include the case for faith, applications of practical faith, and keeping faith in the face of hardship and pain.

PHIL 3780 The Skeptic's Approach to Faith 3 Credit Hours
Skeptical objections to Christianity and the gospel are presented and examined. Key claims of the Christian faith are reviewed for their historical, moral, and scientific accuracy.

ECON 3250 Biblical Economics I 3 Credit Hours
This course presents a biblical view of key economic principles, including productivity, saving and spending, materialism, value, and time. Each concept is reviewed in the context of its biblical presentation and real world applications.

ENTE 2140 Accounting Principles  3 Credit Hours
Introduction to the principles and practices of accounting. Key concepts include double entry accounting practices, the accounting cycle for various types of enterprises, accounting statements, and accounting processes. Emphasis is placed on the role of integrity in accounting and accountability in the marketplace.

ENTE 3201 Legal Environment of Enterprise 3 Credit Hours.
Introduces basic principles of law applicable to the business world, including contract, case, and civil procedures. Emphasis is on issues related to legal compliance, the spirit vs. the letter of the law, and legal accountability.

ENTE 3200 Biblical Principles of Management 3 Credit Hours
This course focuses on the bible's view of management in the enterprise. Managerial responsibilities, relationships, and duties are explored. This course strives to develop knowledge of managerial theory, concepts, terminology, techniques and methods from a biblical perspective. Emphasis is on the function of the manager and leader to plan, organize staff, direct and control the organization.

ENTE 3401 Marketing and Competition 3 Credit Hours
Explores the dynamics of operating in a competitive marketplace. Essentials of marketing are investigated along with the role of marketing in the socioeconomic system. Emphasis is on the ethical role and boundaries of the marketing function, its key practices, and emerging trends.

ENTE 3010 Finance  and Stewardship 3 Credit Hours
Study of the theoretical and conceptual framework of finance, investment, and financial decision-making. Particular emphasis is given to the finance function and its role in the stewardship of the business firm. Analysis, problem-solving techniques, and decision-making tools are explored from an ethical perspective.

ENTE 3604 Organizational Communication  3 Credit Hours
An introduction to semantic theory, with particular emphasis on effective communication. Miscommunication patterns in organizational settings and their correctives are explored. Emphasis is placed on developing ethical, truthful, and biblical communication habits.

ENTE 4304 International Business  and Trade  3 Credit Hours
Examines the practices of international trade, including both practical and theoretical foundations. Emphasis is placed on the value of trade in development, resources, foreign exchange, balance of payments, investments, tariffs, import quotas, export controls, nationalism, free trade, protectionism, and the institutions aiding in world trade.

ENTE 4759 Technology and the Enterprise 3 Credit Hours
An in-depth introduction to technology's impact on business applications. Emphasis is placed on the learner's understanding of digital business operations, data and data-driven applications, and Web-based marketing. Ethical implications of technology are explored.

ENTE 4810 Organizational Leadership  3 Credit Hours
Explores a broad range of strategic issues and actions which bear directly on the total business enterprise. Key issues include a biblical framework for organizational design, the leader's impact on the organization, environmental considerations, and principles of high-level organizational guidance and direction.
