Online Bachelors Degrees
Ames Christian University Bachelors degrees are 120 credit hour programs.

Bachelor of Biblical Studies (BBS) Degree Program
The Bachelor of Biblical Studies (BBS) is a Bible degree. It combines an extensive foundation of Bible study with practical applications. It consists of a core of biblical studies and matched with degree concentrations in areas of Christian study.

The BBS program is suited to learners who desire to earn a degree by studying the Bible and its applications to life and ministry.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree Program

The Bachelor of Arts degree is a Christian humanities degree. It is composed of general education, humanities and ministry-focused concentration courses. The courses provide a balanced overview of the classic humanities (liberal arts) from a Christian perspective. Concentration courses complete the learner's experience by providing a focus in a specific area of Christian study.

The BA program is suited to learners who desire a well-rounded educational experience with a rich humanities component and a strong biblical foundation.

Degree Majors
Both degree programs can be matched to all Ames Christian University major concentrations. Every degree is built around a base structure, either bible study (BBS degree) or Christian humanities (BA degree) that is matched with 33 hours of the major concentration.

Concentrations include:

Christian Counseling
Pastoral Ministry
Youth Pastor

Music Ministry

Evangelism

Specialized/Thematic Concentrations For learners who are interested in more specialized

concentration areas, please contact ACU for more details about special program proposals.
