About The Course
These
principles of war have been taught for over 2500 years. They are taught
because the work. They work because they are biblically based. Leaders in
war and business have utilized these principles to develop strategies that
win. Commander Taylor has proven these principles in business serving
Fortune 100 companies and in the ministry. They have been used equip
leaders in cities, counties, states and 24 nations in 2009 to mobilize and
connect the body of Christ through strategic prayer and action in Operation
Rolling Thunder. Churches participating through ORT reported verified
supernatural signs, wonders along with measurable results such as increased
salvations, water baptism, decreasing crime, miraculous harvests, increasing
economy, droughts broken, remarkable unity and much more. This is essential
training for any apostolic leader serving in the 7 spheres of society and
lays the foundation that equips any leader to develop the most effective
strategy in church, business, government, media, education, healthcare and
the family.
About the Instructor
Commander
Tim Taylor, USNR-Ret. and his wife Brenda were called into the
ministry after his return from Desert Storm.
During that war the Lord imparted a vision to Tim regarding coming
events in the body of Christ. Watchman Ministries International was
founded 1992 with a vision to "declare" the coming revelation of God as
the "Lord of Hosts" and with a mandate to "prepare" His church to
function together as an army.
God utilized Tim's experience in the Navy as
his seminary and taught Tim about the apostolic principles of spiritual
warfare. As a strategist Tim has equipped leaders in local churches,
cities, counties, states and nations to develop apostolic prayer and
action plans that gets measurable results. In recent years he has
apostolically founded and overseen a powerful mobilization strategy
called Operation Rolling Thunder.

international leadership trainer and a strategist that helps leaders put
their faith into practical action both personally and corporately. He
is a gifted preacher/teacher known for his passion and humor. His gift
of wisdom combined with a great love for God's presence has proven to
serve many churches passionate about prayer, transformation, leadership,
spiritual warfare and wisdom. Leaders in churches, cities, apostolic
networks, businesses and government agencies regularly ask Tim to
consult with their teams to help them discover a strategic solution.
Tim has also authored a number of books such as Operation Rolling

CONECTer Course and The ARC Manifesto. Tim also
co-authored Worship and Praise with Flags and Banners with his
wife Brenda. He has a broad background of experience in the
military, business and ministry and has ministered in 23 nations. Many
leaders recogize him as a servant leader with the gift of apostle,
prophet and teacher working through Tim's life.
